8. Leaving space in between meetings
9. Remembering it’s okay to say no. Saying no to others is saying yes to yourself when you’re overloaded.
10. Getting rid of clutter so there’s less stuff to manage
11. Create art most everyday. Before I go to sleep I make a drawing of the day or whatever comes out.
